What: Members of the Newark Police Department (NPD) will serve free water ice to residents and downtown visitors. The event is intended to strengthen community relations, engage local residents and provide a welcoming atmosphere at the City's Community Policing Center.

When: Sunday, July 9, from 11:30 a.m. - 2 p.m.
