Due to the July 4th holiday the City of Newark municipal building will be closed July 3 and July 4. Refuse normally collected on Tuesday, July 4 will be collected on Wednesday, July 5.  There will be no changes to Monday, July 3 refuse collection.  There will be no “Green Wednesday” yard waste collection on Wednesday, July 5.
