Utility Billing Maintenance Banner

The City of Newark Utility Billing Department will be unable to assist with utility billing payments or inquiries due to system upgrades Wednesday, May 17. The online utility payment portal will be down for system maintenance from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m.
