Restaurants offering specials from January 16 - January 22 Newark, DE - Join the Downtown Newark Partnership in celebrating Newark's award winning Main Street as a regional dining destination. From January 16-22 more than a dozen downtown restaurants will offer special menus for all budgets and tastes during the 11th Annual Restaurant Week.
"The restaurants in downtown Newark have something for everyone," said DNP Administrator Megan McNerney. "Restaurant Week is the perfect opportunity for a fun night out, or to try a restaurant you haven't been to before."
Each participating restaurant will offer special prix fixe menus. Those menus include a mix of a two-course lunch for $10, a two-course dinner for $22, a three-course dinner for $28, and/or a family of four deal for $22.
"Newark is a dining destination because of the people who are in it," said Chef Robbie Jester of Stone Balloon Ale House. "The quality of the service, the way the servers here make you feel, are better than anywhere else in the state."
A list of participating restaurants and menus is available here. Parking is free to kick-off Restaurant Week on Monday, January 16. A map of all available parking in downtown Newark can be found here.
