In observance of the Juneteenth holiday, the City of Newark Public Works and Water Resources Department would like to inform residents about changes to the refuse collection schedule.

If your trash is typically collected on Monday, June 19, please note that it will instead be collected on Tuesday, June 20. Furthermore, trash usually picked up on Tuesday, June 20 will be collected on the following day, Wednesday, June 21.

Please also be aware that there will be no "Green Wednesday" yard waste collection service on Wednesday, June 21.
