Beginning May 27, City of Newark utility customers will have the option to obtain 100% of their electricity from renewable sources. New customers will be automatically enrolled in the program, and existing customers can opt-in using the form below. The rate for this voluntary program is $0.015 per kWh, which equates to an additional $15.00 for every 1,000 kWh consumed. Customers can choose to opt-in or opt-out at any time.
