Due to the Christmas Day holiday, refuse normally collected on Tuesday, December 25 will be collected on Wednesday, December 26. There will be no changes to Monday’s refuse collection.

Due to the New Year’s Day holiday, refuse normally collected on Tuesday, January 1 will be collected on Wednesday, January 2, 2019. There will be no change to Monday’s refuse collection.

Please Note:  The last “Green Wednesday” yard waste collection for the Winter Season is December 5 and will not resume until March 6, 2019. Please call Public Works and Water Resources at 302 366-7000 to schedule a collection if needed. Carts that are put out for collection that have not been scheduled will not be collected.

The Leaf Collection Program will continue through Friday, December 28, 2018. All leaves must be raked to the grassy plot between the curb and the sidewalk by Friday, December 21.
