What: DelDOT intends to begin the mill and overlay of East Cleveland Avenue between Capitol Trail and S. Chapel Street/ Paper Mill Road. The work will result in new traffic patterns throughout the roadway and will be done at night from 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. It is expected to take two weeks to complete, weather dependent. Cleveland Avenue will be open during the day throughout the duration of the project.

When: Beginning Sunday, July 29 at 7 p.m. and lasting approximately two weeks
