On Sunday February 25, 2018, at 2:08 am, Newark Police responded to the intersection of North College Avenue and Ray Street for a report of a vehicle striking a pedestrian. The investigation revealed that a 2003 Buick Le Sabre, driven by 23-year-old John Strobel of Newark, was traveling northbound on North College Avenue.
