About Public HearingsFollowing the Planning and Development Director's review of a report to the Planning Commission on an item before the commission, the applicant's presentation, and commission's discussion, the meeting is opened for public comment.
Individuals who wish to comment on Planning Commission agenda items should submit their comments via email to
firstname.lastname@example.org by 5:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting. These comments will be read into the record during public comment.
Individuals who wish to speak before the commission in person on an agenda item should sign in on the list provided at the entrance of the Council Chamber prior to the start of the meeting if they are attending in person or should use the hand raise function or submit their name, district and agenda item on which they would like to speak via the chat function if attending remotely via Microsoft Teams.
