Additionally, each regular, full-time employee who has worked for the city for 10 years or more receives annual compensation known as Longevity Pay and Service Awards.
Time-Off & Leave
Municipal employees receive 12 paid holidays and paid sick-leave days.
Vacation time is based on years of service. New employees get two weeks of paid vacation, increasing to five weeks after twenty years of service.
