Success in Hiring Workshop

The Newark Police Department will be hosting a seminar to assist aspiring officers and to answer questions.

This free seminar will inform prospective police officers about the benefits of working for the Newark Police Department. We will cover the application process, testing procedures and tips, and training processes.  In addition, we will answer salary and benefits questions and provide an overview of how to be successful in the application and training processes.

Recently hired officers will also be on hand to discuss their own experience with the application and training processes.

Attendance is *NOT* mandatory, but will provide insight into the application and training processes.
